Definition: To change the way something is perceived or interpreted.

Good evening everyone! We all carry stories, Stories about our limits, Stories about our past & Stories other people handed to us

But the real question is: Are you living the story you were given or the one you chose? Tonight is about one powerful idea, the story you’ve been told about yourself, because is not the story you have to keep. Some stories are written in struggle. Some are written in doubt. And some were never yours to begin with. But every single one of us has the ability, starting today, to pick up the pen, and rewrite it because sometimes, the most powerful way to change ourselves is simply to reframe what we’ve been through

 Tonight, I challenge you not just to use the word reframe, but to actually do it, take something in your life, your past, or your thinking and see it differently.
